  • Wind can be much stronger on the exposed high ground than at the pass.
  • Wet rock and grass can make the return line slippery.

A high circuit shaped by ridge, light and cloud.

The recording begins near Conor Pass at approximately 418 m, giving immediate access to high mountain ground. The route crosses narrow, rocky ridges above corrie loughs and reaches approximately 667 m. Moving cloud changes the character of the circuit quickly, opening and closing long views across the Dingle Peninsula.
